We can now supply custom header builders, muffler shops and other fabricators with all the material needed to create a custom header from the flange all the way to the collector. We can also supply exhaust sized tubing up to 5" in diameter as well as collector mufflers. rings, reducers and fittings to complete your exhaust project.

FLANGES

We offer a very complete line of flanges to suit all of your needs. Most flanges are stocked in 5/16" thickness unless otherwise noted. We have found that this thickness is optimal for all but the most extreme situations. We  can supply flanges in 3/8" and 1/2" thickness with advance notice. In cases where we do not have a flange for your application, we can custom cut a flange from your supplied drawing or gasket within a week. Most common flanges are in stock and non-stocking items up to a week lead time.

In certain cases, such as the small block Chevrolet and Fords with tube sizes over 13/4”, it may be necessary to use an adapter (or inner) flange.  This flange bolts to the cylinder head with countersunk bolts and “spreads” the bolt pattern to allow a larger tube to be installed at the port without having to crimp or dent the tube for bolt clearance. These flanges are typically made from steel or aluminum and must be port matched to your exhaust ports. We stock the most popular of these flanges, or can have the for you in a matter of days.
