Due to the nature of the use of their products, Dawson Racing Headers products carry no warranty of any kind – either expressed or implied. However, if any problems arise, please contact us and we will make every attempt to resolve these problems.

The regulation of emissions production, noise levels and safety standards are undertaken by the federal government, each of the fifty state legislatures and many local municipalities, towns, cities and counties.

Unless expressly stated to the contrary in writing, the consumer assumes the burden of any cost that may be involved should the product prove to be defective or not comply with these regulations. In this connection the buyer, purchaser, the ultimate consumer assumes the burden of the entire cost of any and all necessary service, alterations or repairs.

Dawson Racing Headers are not legal for sale or use on pollution-controlled motor vehicles, except for racing vehicles, which will never be operated on a highway.

The foregoing statement limits the liability of Dawson Racing Headers.
